The steps depend on your plan.
Free & Pro Plans
- Go to the WhatsApp Button page.
- Update your phone number & double-check you've selected the correct country code.
- Save your changes.
- Head to your theme editor and click Manage at the top of the page to confirm your widget is still enabled.
Power Automation & Elite Plans
- Go to the Settings page.
- Under WhatsApp API Setup, click the red Disconnect button (bottom of page).
- Refresh the page.
- Click Start your API setup again with your new number.
Before You Disconnect
If you're connecting a new number, your flows, automations, and campaigns will not carry over automatically. Before disconnecting, take a screenshot of each flow (or copy the content, images, and settings) so you can quickly rebuild them once your new number is connected.
Reconnecting the same number? If your number simply got disconnected and you're reconnecting it, your flows can usually be restored, just reach out to our support team and they'll help you get everything back.
