Connecting the AI Agent to Channels
By default, your AI agent works on WhatsApp. On the Elite plan, you can also connect it to Facebook and Instagram.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Channels.
- Connect your Instagram and/or Facebook accounts.
Once connected, you can decide whether you'd like the AI agent to also respond to story replies on those channels or not.
