Can the agent edit orders or draft orders in Shopify? Not currently. We're continually improving Dondy's AI capabilities, and we hope to add these in-Shopify actions in the near future.

Can I create button-based conversation flows? The Dondy agent responds in plain text, like a person would. You can offer options as text, but it doesn't run on preset button menus.

Where does the AI Agent draw his knowledge from?

The AI Agent’s knowledge base will be comprised of Guidelines, FAQ’s (that you provide, improve and iterate) and Syncing to your brands shopify Products.

Can you edit the AI Agent’s knowledge base?

Yes. You can always update guidelines, rules and information for the agent. Plus, you can correct ai answers that aren’t fully correct and save correct answer directly to FAQ section.
