WhatsApp Campaigns require a Power Automation or Elite plan. They aren't available on the free plans or on Pro
When scheduling a campaign, Dondy displays the estimated audience size and the price, making it easy to estimate the campaign's cost.
Once you have created the campaign and the template status has been approved by Meta, you can use the three dots to the left of the newly created campaign to schedule its delivery. Upon selecting this option, you can view the desired scheduling dates and the estimated cost.
The cost of using campaigns in Dondy has two parts that are paid separately.
- The plan subscription paid to Dondy: Power Automation is USD 79.99/month; Elite is USD 159.99/month.
- A per-message usage charge: On top of the subscription, each message sent through Meta's platform has a pay-as-you-go cost. One share goes to Meta, where you need to link a payment method, and another small share goes to Dondy, via a direct top-up in the app.
Messages are paid from your Dondy balance. If the balance reaches zero, sending stops until you top it up (nothing else about your setup is lost).
Additionally, we have automated messages to alert you when your balance is low, ensuring you don't miss out on sending messages.
You can get discounts on your message sends with Dondy by choosing annual plans or by maintaining consistent, high-volume sending. In the latter case, you can contact our support agents directly to explore discount options.
