Before sending a campaign to all your customers, see it yourself. A test message lets you confirm the message looks right: the text, the formatting, and the links, so you don't spend balance on a bulk send that has an error.
- The campaign's template must be Approved (shown green) by Meta.
- A valid WhatsApp number to send the test to.
- Active and functional payment method on Meta
- Enough Dondy balance to send.
- Template: the template may have been rejected rather than approved. It has to be in the approved (green) state.
- Number formatting: make sure the test number is a real, WhatsApp registered number entered correctly with its country code. An invalid or unregistered number won't receive the message.
- Connection: confirm your number is properly connected to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (the partner connection that authorizes Dondy to send on your behalf).
- Balance: if your Dondy balance is empty, no messages go out — top it up and try again.
