No complex setup required: if a customer completes their purchase at any point, our system automatically cancels all remaining scheduled messages in the sequence. No Shopify Flow tweaks needed!

Order Confirmation
Triggers when an order is created.
You don't need to include the order details link in the text. The default View Order button already contains the order details link.

Shopify Flow Marketing/Operational/Internal Update
Triggers when Dondy is added as an ACTION point within a Shopify Flow Workflow. For this Automation to work the FLOW workflow needs to be turned ON and the Dondy Automation needs to be Live & Approved.
1. Add Shopify Flow variables in Dondy
- Use the "Shopify Flow Variable" button to insert variables directly into your template.
2. Get your template ID
- Once your template is ready and saved, copy its unique Template ID.
3. Install Shopify Flow
- Ensure the Shopify Flow app is installed in your store. If you haven't installed it yet, click here to install Shopify Flow.
4. Connect with Shopify Flow
- In Shopify Flow, create a new flow, select Dondy as an action, and paste the Template ID into the "Message ID" field. Cash on Delivery
Triggers when an order is created using payment method of COD.
Prior to Order being fulfilled the customer needs to confirm or cancel the order





Klaviyo Flow
Add Dondy as an ACTION point in an existing Klaviyo flow using a Webhook.
Once Flow is created on Dondy side, you will be able to copy important info you will need to place in Klaviyo side including Destination URL , Headers Key + API TOKEN & JSON Body

This is What it will look like on Klaviyo side. After Selecting a trigger > add a Webhook > copy webhook details info accordingly.

External API Call (Webhook)
Step 1: get your API token
- Click the "View API Token" button to get your unique API token.
- Copy and save the token securely - you'll need it for your API requests.
Step 2: set up your API request
Method: POST
- URL: Use the destination URL shown in the details below
- Headers: Add x-api-key header with your API token
- Content-Type: application/json
Step 3: prepare your JSON request body
- templateId: Your flow's template ID
- receiverPhoneNumber: Recipient's phone number with country code
- templateParams: Array of values for dynamic variables in your template
- imageUrl: Optional - include only if you want to override the default image
Step 4: template variables (if used)
- If you used the "External API Flow Variable" button in your template,
- variables are replaced in the order they appear in your templateParams array.
Step 5: test your integration
- Use the JSON template provided below as a starting point.
- Test with a valid phone number to ensure everything works.
- Check the response for success confirmation.
Pro Tip: Copy the JSON template below and replace the empty values with your actual data.

Make Flow
Step 1: Add the Dondy app in Make
- In your Make scenario, search for "Dondy" app.
- Add the "Send WhatsApp Template Message" module to your scenario.
Step 2: Create a connection
- In the Dondy app, open this Make flow's detail page and click the "View API Token" button, then copy your token.
- Back in your Make.com scenario, paste the copied token into the Dondy connection.
Step 3: Configure the Send module
- Select the "Send WhatsApp Template Message" action.
Step 4: Select this template
- Choose this flow's template from the template dropdown.
Step 5: Map fields and run
- Map the recipient phone number and the template parameters, in order.
- Run the scenario to send your WhatsApp message.
Pro Tip: You can reuse this connection across multiple Make scenarios and modules.
Start Conversation
This template is used to create ready made messages you will be able to use in your Dondy chat to initiate converstaions with New customers or re-ignite conversations that have passed the Meta 24 hour window for reply.



You can setup a variety of templates to match different scenarios for example: follow up after the weekend, getting back to a hot lead or checking in with a customer to make sure his query was resolved.
Review Request
Triggers x time after order was fulfilled. Connect Dondy to top review apps in Shopify and automate review collection using a WhatsApp message.

Welcome Flow
The welcome message will be sent X time after a customer subscribes to Email or SMS marketing via Pop-up.
Make sure to mention that the customer also agrees to receive WhatsApp messages. Make sure to collect phone numbers in your signup popup so Dondy can reach the customer's phone number.
Browse Abandoned Flow
The browse abandoned message will be sent X time after a customer subscribes to Email or SMS marketing and browses your store.
