Comparing Your WhatsApp Connection Options
If you're on the Power Automation or Elite plan, you'll need to connect a number to Meta's WhatsApp API. Here's how the three options compare:

*A note on Option 3: the names have to match exactly. If your Business Manager is verified under "John Smith LLC" but your WhatsApp account is named "John's Balloons," it won't work, the two names need to be identical.
