The WhatsApp button lets customers start a WhatsApp conversation directly from your storefront. To show the button, add your WhatsApp number in the app and enable the app embed in your Shopify theme. Step 1: Add your WhatsApp number
- In Shopify admin, open Dondy: WhatsApp → WhatsApp button.
- Under Phone Number, select the correct country and enter the WhatsApp number you want customers to contact.
- Save your changes.
Step 2: Enable the app embed 1. On the WhatsApp button page, click Manage in theme editor. 2. In the theme editor’s App embeds panel, turn on WhatsApp Widget. 3. Click Save in the top-right corner.
Once saved, open your storefront and check that the WhatsApp button appears.
