1. Why isn’t the WhatsApp widget showing on my store?
Enter your WhatsApp number on the WhatsApp Button page. Then click Manage in theme editor, enable the app embed, and save. Check your availability settings too: 24/7 keeps the widget visible at all times, while Custom working hours shows it only during the hours you set.
2. How can I move the widget?
Choose one of the six preset positions on the WhatsApp Button page. If you need more control over its placement, adjust it with custom CSS.
3. Can I add multiple WhatsApp numbers to the widget?
No. The widget supports one WhatsApp number at a time.
4. Can I change the WhatsApp number?
Yes. Go to Dondy → WhatsApp Button, update the number, and click Save.
